Mindful Leadership


Phronesis' Mindful Leadership Program provides practical solutions to create mindful, resilient, high-performing individuals and organizations. The tools are delivered using adult learning principles in a framework that optimizes your teams' learning and connection to the content. 

The program is deliverable in a 4- 1 hr modules with the total time required is 4.5hrs(a half our session to integrate the learning and answer questions at the end). 

This is an evidence-based leadership-development program that brings the science of mindfulness, yoga, and positive psychology. The program brings together more than a decade of research in mindfulness, resilience, brain science, and human behaviour.

The program is specifically designed to support - better decision making through increased focus, greater clarity and resilience, improved social emotional intelligence and improve the organizations burnout rates.

The long-term benefit or change occurs at three levels:

• Personally, by teaching your team how to navigate stress with skill to help avoid burnout.

• Professionally, by laying a foundation for effective leadership—built on authenticity and conscious awareness.
