Life. Rooted in presence.

Stay present. Respond with intention.

Phronesis Wellness teaches practical skills that help people notice their thoughts, feelings, and reactions, remain present, and respond in a way that reflects what matters to them.

Practice that becomes part of how you live.

Presence is not about avoiding difficult thoughts, emotions, or situations. It is the ability to recognize what is arising without reacting automatically.

Phronesis teaches practical skills to notice thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and habitual reactions as they arise. Through practice, people learn to return to center and respond with greater awareness and intention.

Develop practical skills for greater presence and intention.

01

RISE resilience training

“His style of presenting enabled our team to learn and absorb practices that have continued since his workshop.”

Mindfulness made practical for the moments that matter.

Phronesis Wellness was founded by Steven Gougoulias. His approach brings together experience in business development and relationship leadership with training in RISE resilience, mindfulness meditation, and Kripalu yoga.

The work is grounded in a simple principle: presence is a skill that can be developed. Phronesis gives people practical ways to recognize their reactions, return to center, and respond with greater intention in the situations that matter to them.
